Repsol gas bottles by app

If you bring the Repsol Depot in Alcazares,  they will tell you what days they deliver gas in your area,  usually at least twice a week especially in the winter. Tele 968 171 203

After some testing, I can say that the app is temperamental and the Repsol agent not keen it is used.   Actually the agent accepted my existence by my turning up and giving my personal details but wouldn’t issue a contract.  So, now I do what others do, I ring them up and ask for a delivery.  Just done that and the next delivery is within 2 hours, as it happens to be a delivery day in my area.

Ah well, when in Rome... and a good opportunity to practice my Spanish telephone skills, although the Repsol agent has a distressing tendency to speak English if I fluff a verb.

€13.62 for 12.5 kg butane at present, about €3.60 for an extra cylinder.   Should I be tipping the butanero ?

We have ours delivered, every alternate Tuesday. We have also got extra bottles from and only paid for the gas.

Gas truck just been 4 empty bottle to exchange 50 euros (12.50 per bottle) today’s price.
