best areas to live in LA

We have been in Los Narejos for over 3 years and have never seen any such behavior. There are the odd reports of low level crime such as bag snatching in the LA area but that can happen anywhere in the world. We both feel very safe here.

Have lived in both Los Narejos and the Los Alcazares old town. Both have been very safe. There are generally  less people out and about late at night in the residential areas of  Los Narejos.

A few incidents have occurred near cash machines late at night, mainly around the 525 strip, not recently as far as I know, but you have to ask why withdraw money from them at those hours. A matter of personal organisation.
