Transfer of Tourist licence

Hi

We have recently purchased an apartment in Los Alcazares that already had a tourist licence in place with all the necessary checks etc. but need to transfer it to ourselves in order that we can list the apartment on rental platforms. 

I had assumed that this was a fairly straightforward process but it certainly doesn't seem that way.

We have had quotes varying between 350 plus iva down to just over 100 but I have recently been advised to only use legal advisors who are local to Los Alcazares.

Does anybody have any previous experience of this situation, we are currently in the UK and it is getting very frustrating trying to organise this remotely.
