Sauna / Spa possibilities in Los Alcázares...?

My biggest hobby is sauna and i try to find out if there is a good SPA in the Los Alcázares area,
which i can use every other day.
I´ve contacted this sports centre to find out about their sauna´s,
but don´t get any reply :El Centro Deportivo Los AlcázaresDoes anybody have any experience with their SPA facilities..?.Are their any more (affordable) sauna possibilities in the area..?.Thanks for the tips;John.
