The German Dental Clinic just off Av. de la Constiticion (that is the main road on the water side end of the Mercadonna Square), is good, (you can Google) the dentist is as name of his clinic implies is German but he has good English and last time I went there one of his Dental Nurses was English. But he is not cheap. Dentix in Cartagena will be half the price.
