Hi,
I am in Los Alcazares and need to register my S1 medical certificate with the Spanish medical system. Does anyone know where and how I do this. Also where can I register with an English speaking doctor in Los Alcazares.
Hello, yes you should register at the Spanish Social Security offices in Cartagena, arranging a previous appointment . You will need a translator. After that you will be entitled to register with your local medical center. You will be allocated a GP, not necessarily speaking English (remember you will be using the public healthcare, not the private one).
