I am hoping someone can help. Been ill so got bajas from Doctor but can't seem to do anything them. Tried to get any information everywhere but no success. Tried phoning and there website is down no appoints also tried citizen advice but website down. Please can any one help. Than you

Hi Caroline
I presume you are Autonomo or working on a contract you would therefore I presume have an asesoria? I would take the documents to them and let them sort it out for you.
That is what they are there for, and I would suggest the sooner the better.
Good luck but remember, the system does work although it may take a little longer with the Covid-19 problems.

You did not say where you are claiming sickness benefits from? Is it from the uk or Spain?
