Can anyone recommend a simple will service in Los Alcazares they have used recently.  I have a small apartment close by. I'm led to believe I need a will separate to an English will .

Many thanks

I have just had a Spanish Will done, basically exact as my UK will, by Fuster&Associates in Los Alcazares. Total approx €200 euros including Notary fee, Notary is in the same building.

Thanks Gerry. I'm aware of Fusters . Would you say €200 was the going rate. Someone actually recommended these to me a few weeks ago.

So it's a requirement to pay the Notary?  Mine shall be a straight forward leave to my partner.

I believe a Notary has to be involved in all Spanish Wills, but you can ask that question if you contact them. The advantage of Fuster is that the Notary is in the same building.

We used Imont in San Javier - they will do everything for you and you will have the wills i both English and Spanish.  They are extremely helpful and will explain everything fully.  Would recommend them for all legal aspects.
