Wow such a beautiful town I’m really considering a life change and want to make a big step but would love to know if there’s jobs in the area. I’m 52 and have 7 year’s experience in care and also spent a lot of time in hospitality. I don’t speak much Spanish either.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

LA Jobs in hospitality will surely be available in 2021. But there is always lots of competition for the few that require no English. . And even then you will have to learn to talk to the locals.
Start learning Spanish NOW, online. www.JamesSpanishSchool.com (he advertises on this forum) is absolutely the best. (I am biased I've been studying with him 25 mins up the road, for the last few years, but the streaming online videos are brilliant. ) Additionally to that you need to work on the hospitality vocabulary.
Consider if there is any work you can do online. If you work online you can be anywhere on the Globe.
If you have any secretarial or organisational experience that might be a useful adjunct. Look at www.upworks.com or www.freelance.com. You will need good knowledge of Microsoft365, Word, Excel,Powerpoint and more.
Living here is very inexpensive BUT hourly rates are low.
