Hi all just wondering has anyone any info on these apartments?

Eg:is it easy to get about from this location?

Would you recommend buying there or anything else that could help my decision to buy one?

Thanks

The apartments are great value and really nice...not many left. but you do need a car. Its about 7/8 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes into Torre Pacheco with a great market and many shops and supermarkets. There is nothing else within walking distance.

There are 7 or8 bars and restaurants on the ground floor, a bank, estate agents and a builders showroom. Also some bars and restaurants around the hotel and golf club but overpriced!

There is a well stocked Spar supermarket two minutes walk just inside the gates to Mar Menor Golf.

We have one facing the giolf course with lovely views.

Anything else just ask.

Thanks for the info, sounds great :-)

Which side has evening sun? How long does it take to walk to the closest swimming pool in the resort?

The side facing the fields and the old hotel has the sun but in summer we are grateful for some shade and makes the apartment cooler.

Unfortunately there are no pools for Boulevard owners to use..the communal pools on MMG Resort are for MMG2 owners only. There is a pool near the hotel in the Town Centre building that the public can use if you buy a drink but its only open from May to end September as its unheated.

We were told if we bought there we could use the hotel residences pools, So that’s not the case then? :-(

Absolutely not...you need wristbands to use the pools and these have to be collected from the office with id and proof of ownership. Whoever told you should be corrected.

on second thoughts...I’m presuming you mean the communal pools around The Residences apartment blocks?

You definitely can’t...community charge on the Boulevard is only around 50€ a month but more than double that on MMG2 to include the pools. If its the selling agent thats telling you this then ask for something in writing!!
