Viewing trip

When I was doing inspection trips my main criteria was to chat with prospective clients and discover their real requirements and realistic budgets.

I would then spend at least a day if 3 day trip or 2 if 4 days or more and I would concentrate on showing the areas and facilities I consider fitted their needs.

I would then eventually show properties within their budgets and needs, I would not just show endless properties and hope that the prospects buyers would fall in love and sign a cheque.

Maybe things have changed.

I Also took them for lunches and dinners in different restaurants.
