If you are thinking about employing a builder or plumber, think twice about this one - Mark Kappelmann. We have experienced poor workmanship, an inability to stick to deadlines and a raft of excuses and lies. Would never use him again or give any recommendation.
I presume it's the same man who goes by the name of The Kitchen Fitter.

He does claim to be able to fit kitchens. Ours was left half completed and the workmanship was very poor. We are having to get someone else to put it right. He has a south african accent. He also claimed to be able to fit bathrooms but looking at what he has done he does not know what he is doing!!

Thanks for the information, while on the subject also be careful about a company called Cosy Casa ,the boss is called Kirk and he operates with his son but I believe he has other people working for him.Dont touch with a barge pole.
