How much are the communal charges per month at the Oasis?

We pay communal charges twice a year not monthly, I would have to look at my bank statement to let you know the exact figures but as it's so late would not do this until the morning

As I promised, I looked up the Communal Charges & they are 255 euros twice a year for the property we are selling on the Oasis, I hope this answers your question.

I had to contact you again because I made a mistake on the community charge, it is just the one payment of 255 euros for the year. I looked up my paperwork for the bungalow just to make sure. Sorry it was my mistake.
