Property wanted to rent: 2 bed with pool for 1 month June/July 2022
Hello,
we have been visiting Los Alcazares for a number of years now and generally stay for a month each summer.
Both my wife and daughter have health issues which are greatly improved by the climate each year.
Unfortunately this year the accommodation which we stayed in last year and had booked for this year again has been double booked due to a change of management company.
We are looking for a 2 bed, townhouse preferably, but will look at spacious apartments. Location must be within 10 minutes walk of the strip. Pool is a must. Dates, 4 weeks between mid June to first week in August whatever dates suit the landlord best, we are flexible. I really am looking to deal with a landlord directly as some agents can be messy to deal with.
We are excellent tenants, the place will be left exactly as it was given to us. We are tenants that will keep coming back each year for 1 month (usually July). Due to the length of our stay and our willingness to return each year we are looking for reasonably priced properties.
