Where are the best local restaurants in Los Alcazares and Los Narjos not the tourist ones I am looking for more traditional ones.

Go to the old town Ramons on Main Street is excellent all the locals eat there but there are plenty other very good restaurants, try incarnation on beach front, Spanish live bands and great Spanish cuisine and reasonably priced - breakfast here is 3 euros for 2 people!

if you want authentic Spanish go to Kenjoki ...on the parallel road to Avda Libertad...left at the roundabout by the repsol petrol station.l.Sunday lunch is especially good...Mariano is very friendly and will explain every dish.....

Encarnacion is always goid for great tapas overlooking the beach....
