Can anyone recommend: Builder/ handyman

Hello,
I am a fully qualified electrician and air conditioning engineer. I would like to try to team up with a builder or handyman in the Los Alcazares area with the hope of doing some joint projects together.
I am having a flat built in Los Alcazares so will be coming out towards the end of next summer.
