Can anyone recommend: Someone to look at a bathroom that's been botched!!!

Hi there could anyone please help me find a genuine tradedperson to look at an un finished bathroom that I have well and truly been ripped off with. I have just spent 5 days over at my house having a bathroom done and have paid the English and Spanish "supposed to be DIY" guys in cash for the work they have done which was supposed to be finished by last Friday when I was coming home. Unfortunately they said they had to go early Friday and would be back to finish today and send me pictures of it finished.....  No not received the pictures and it seems they have just left it and buggered off and the English guy has now blocked me on what's app???? He also had my keys which he said he has put under my outbuilding door so that means he has not locked my secure gates. I am stressed out here now worrying about the state my place has been left in and will have to make arrangements to get back ASAP. I just wondered if anyone could put me in touch with a genuine person who could meet me when I come to have a look at the job. Just goes to show...... Don't pay anyone for any job until the job has been done. And be aware of people like this who will smile in your face and stab you in your back. I was warned about these people but being a woman in my own of a certain age I suppose they saw me coming and I thought he was a person I could trust.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
