Hi there,
I have an apartment in Roda and we have had an ongoing problem with a leak in our sun terrace above the apartment which comes through into the living room.
We thought it had been fixed but the leak reappeared - it's like finding a needle in a haystack to try and locate the problem.
Could someone recommend a trustworthy builder as we have received quotes from €1k to €8k.

Hi there, I have a apartment on roda golf and had a similar problem. I got people to come look at it to no avail so in the end I flew my friend from England out. He spent a few days at my apartment located the problem and rectified it. He comes out to my apartment regular for visits. So if that could be any help for a fraction of the cost I could give you his email to send photos and description and he could advise you.

He is Belgian and speaks wonderful English and Spanish. No problems with communication at all.
