I used them as I was being lazy, to exchange my driving licence, quoted me one price for the complete service saving me going to traffico in Cartagena, however changed the rules and I had to go with them for the appointment.
Also when I received my new licence I was no longer eligible to drive a mini bus which I required for comunity work I queried this with them and had 2 replies 1. change back to uk licence, 2. we did not know the rules.
From my experience I really suggest they should stick to selling insurance.
Not so good nowadays !!
I can give you the name of a lady that will book your appointments, accompany you to Murcia and oversee the whole process. She then lets you know when your cards are ready and makes another appointment for you to collect.
