I'm trying to contact the agencia tributaria but can't find an email address. I've tried to call them but it's constantly engaged (and costing me £3.33 for the welcome message and the engaged tone 😒. Im in the UK so can't just pop in. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

If you have a Digital Certificate or set up a Clave you can log in securely and do all your taxation.

I tried to set up a digital certificate but it kept asking for a code...which I didn’t have, one of the reasons I was trying to call the tax office. Also it mentions that you need to provide evidence of identity in person. Unfortunately as I’m in the UK I cannot do this.
Have you obtained one of these remotely? If so any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Not possible to get digital certificate etc in the UK ...already trudged to London twice to obtain one but it simply will not work
Cannot afford to repeat that exhausting exercise
Simply need an Email address for the central Agencia Tributaria in Madrid to find out why in 18months they have not dealt with claim for refund of non resident witholding tax on share dividends ....chat no longer works and they insist on fluent Spanish at 80 yrs old its impossible
