Sometimes that magical word `PLEASE` goes a long way.

The most effective powerful questions begin with "what" or "how" and are short and to the point.

But it doesn't look like they always get the desired results

You obviously do now appreciate the difference between challenging a company, and politely asking a favour of a member of the public who you want to help you.....

You all sound like a pompous bunch with nothing better to do than post stupid comments instead of giving a constructive answer to my question which I thought was the idea. Perhaps you would be better getting a Netflix or Amazon subscription if you have nothing better to do with your time. Thank you - notice the thank you seeing as you all want to be so polite! 

Bloody hell what’s happening to people....Mike50 asked a straight forward and to the point question......he didn’t beat around the bush, post an ambiguous question, just plain and simple looking for some support to solve a problem.....so why not just provide useful useable information if you have it else say nothing....times are hard enough for people right now without people acting like ah’s....

It costs nothing to be polite and it generally results in a useful response - hope you get an answer to your question. Google is your friend.

I had my car "road tax"  sent to my lawyers      with whom I bought my house
