Hi,

I'm flying in to Corvera airport next Friday, 7th June. Can anyone recommend a taxi firm that I can book prior to flying please.

I have used Alberto taxis 620031910. They are cheaper than the airport ones. You can phone and book.

The bus is actually really good though. You need to book online 24 hours before. The info is on the Corvera website. I usually use the bus.

Hi Jan, yes, I like the bus too but the timings for my flight aren't too good on the Friday evening.

The flight gets in around 7 pm but if I'm understanding the timetable correctly, the bus leaves the airport around 9 pm and the stop in Los Alcazares is 'Av Libertad - La Abuela.'

I'm not sure where that is.......trying to think where a grandmother might be on the Av Libertad?!

Thank you for your help though.

its stops in the old town...near the flower shop and then by Wok 222 but I believe if the driver is ok he drops off anywhere on the main Av Libertad...

Thank you. But after a trip round the M60, passport control at Mcr airport, a flight and then the new Corvera airport.......can feel a taxi transfer coming on, and never mind the expense..........!

The stop to get both on and off the bus is the bus stop opposite the mural of the little boy hanging on the washing line. It is the same stop because it is a circular route.

The bus stop at the airport is a two minute walk outside the departures door. If you look right you will see the buses.

Hi, an update on my taxi situation....

I did book Flamenca cars from the UK and was quoted 40 euros to Los Alcazares (old town.).  Everything went smoothly on Friday evening, but would just like to mention one thing.....when I entered the arrivals hall there were lots of drivers there holding little signs with names......no-one had mine. So, I asked one of the drivers about Flamenca Cars and he said 'It's these lads here, look for the blue shirts.....'

Just thought I'd mention it. Being new to the airport wasn't sure.......no sign. Blue shirt.
