The best advice that I can give is to avoid illegal operators like this guy.
In the event if an accident you & your friends, family & children will NOT be covered by insurance.
I hope somebody reports this guy & his telephone number to the appropriate authorities & to the genuine taxi operators that comply with the law.

Thank you. We were looking for a Taxi share. It's always our intention to use registered taxi. This man is obviously touting for in registered taxi work.
