Hi, we had this happen when we were actually in our apartment. Assuming you are with iberdrola you can go to their office and sort it out. There is an emergency number on you factura but after trying to solve issue by phone it was much easier to go to the office. For us the closest office was in La Union. Unfortunately iberdrola had updated our payment details on their new system and managed to swap two numbers around on our bank account, hence the direct debit was declined and the electric was cut off. Even though the problem was caused by iberdrola themselves, the electric could not go back on for 24 hour period, they did apologise and did not charge us a reconnect fee. Good luck for a fast resolution!
