Not nearly as bad as September, but still a lot of water. The market roads next to the Rambla are flooded, the Rambla is running hard, not as bad as 2016 and Polica has blocked off old town. I am told there is flooding, no details.

It still shouldn't flood. Some poor people are just getting over the last one.

It's about time they built a bayou round Los Alcazares - to the outside on the AP7 maybe? - with raised banks and a concreted ditch/large bore pipes to take the water round to culverts and on into the Mar Menor. It would not do anything to help the lagoon but surely protecting the residents and city infrastructure is the priority?
