Bathroom wall panelling / cladding

Leroy Merlin usually stock white pvc tongue and groove wall cladding in packs of 3 x 0.6m x 2.4m.

They also sell singles of 2.4m capping strips for the edges.

Completely water proof if that is what you need.

I have bought four packs to use at my villa.

In 8 years I have never found a coloured style, but if white is okay, this stuff is good and cheap

You can collect from Leroy, you only have a short car journey from Alcazares to do so.

Hi thank you so much that is very helpful I am getting my shower tray and screen from there so need to ask the guy if he can get me some of that aswell. I don't drive so would struggle to get there myself. Thank you again for your help that is what I need I don't mind plain white.

Hi Pam, I have attached a photo for you.

The width of each panel is 370mm so you can work out how many lengths you need ( appx 3 panels per metre of wall)

I have shown a small piece of the capping which you allow for top and bottom. They also sell strips for corners which take a plank each side.

Hi Al thank you so much that's great they look good. I will get a cab to Leeroy Merlin in Cartagena and then see if they will deliver to mine!! The guy who's doing the job will have to measure up when I get there as he doesn't have a key but I'm sure they will deliver day after maybe. I'm only there for 4 days so he's trying to get it done when I'm there. It's so difficult when your not there all the time!!! I really appreciate your help and the pictures so thanks again!!!

I would ask the fitter if he can collect. They do deliver but in a four day period too risky.

The panels if I remember correctly are in packs of three 8 feet long - 2.4m so a cabby might be reluctant.

I would ask the fitter. 

He should not mind. 

If you give him the specification working width of 370mm ( 37,5cm) he will know how many packs you need, and he should be able to work out top and bottom channels, ends and corners.

Mine have been fitted outside for five years and apart from cleaning from sand etc they still look fine.

Fitted internally no problem. 

The fitter can seal the capping strips with mastic to seal out water and dirt.

Hi Pam, I stay in El Algar it's only 12 mins by car from Los Alcazares, there is a massive bathroom showroom and I am sure you would find everything you are looking for there.
