Hi, can anyone recommend where to buy mattresses in Los Narejos area. I'm not there until June but a new mattress will be one of my first priorities. Looking online there seems to be only one supplier in the area. Do people usually order online from other areas.

We got 5 memory foam mattresses from IKEA. Really good, nice and firm plus they are rolled up so easy to transport in a car.

I bought a new mattress a few weeks ago from Bed’s in Los belones. It is not too far. They were brilliant. I ordered a king size mattress and it was too small for my uk bed. I didn’t realise the sizes were different in Spain. I called them up and within 40 minutes they took the wrong size one away. 2 days later they had sourced me a new one and delivered it at exactly the time they said. The first mattress was delivered within 4 hours. The service was first class and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Thanks. I didn't realise sizes were different in Spain, will need to remember that. So are UK double and single mattress sizes different to Spanish.

Yes they are different. Measure your existing mattress and take the size with you. In san Javier there is a shop which sells uk bedding. Yorkshire linen. If you need to buy new bedding. Don’t know if they sell or can source mattresses. As I said previously Beds took my size and sourced what I needed. Good luck and if I can help you any further please don’t hesitate to ask. C x

Yes I agree. There are lots of places and I am sure they are all brilliant. It was only a suggestion for Beds because I had such a good experience with them x

We've just totally furnished our new house and bought some medium-high quality bed bases and mattresses online from Ikea and they were delivered at a time to suit us. They are comfortable and are medium-hard. We also decided to buy some special, hotel-size "single" beds that measure 105 x 200cm and we ordered these from MaxColchón, which is located next door to Leroy Merlin in the Pinatar Park shopping precinct. They were made to measure and took 3 weeks to be made and delivered. Really great quality and so comfortable!

I was hoping there would be a good choice similar to in UK. I usually buy Sealy or Sleepeeze so will look for something similar.
