Yes I recommend them as well.

You can use them to pay all your Spanish DD.

Despite what some of the Spanish companies tell you.

I am also thinking about opening Wise Euro Account.But I think transferring DDR over is where the obstacle will be.I have just enquired with my Solicitor  to ask if they offer the service to do this but they said they dont and to Contact each Company but I dont speak Spanish.Solictor said once I have done everything and closed bank Account to let them know.So they can change their Systems for the none residents Tax.Has anyone Contacted there Companies themselves directly to move DDR and did you find it difficult.Thanks

Some of the Spanish companies allow you to change the bank details online.

You cannot set up a DD yourself the company has to do this.

Hi Roland the DDR are all ready set up on Sabadell Bank.I was thinking about opening up Wise Euro Account putting an Amount in to start to  Cover  DDR.Then trying to Contact Companies with New Bank Account Details so they can start to take from Wise Account.Then when they all showing on Wise Contacting Sabadell to ask them to take there final Charge out then to close Account.Just wondering with been in UK is it best to ring or Email Companies Due to language Barrier & how straight forward and  approx time scales.Thanks

Inform the company you wish to take the funds from your account that you have changed bank accounts, send them your new bank details and they will do the work for you.

They would not want you to miss a payment.

Wise accounts are excellent however if you wish to draw money from an ATM in any European country you would be charged a fee'

I for many years have used wise to transfer money but use a Cajamar Wefferen account for all dd and withdrawing cash, it is an online no fee account

By email would be easier to do I would have thought.

Wise give you a debit card that you can use just like a normal debit card in Spanish shops.

However as Eduardo3332 says you will be charged to withdraw Euros in an ATM machine.

I opened N26 online account with Spanish address.. the card got sent to my Spanish address

I logged into iberola to change the DD details for electrics.. and I emailed the water company in San Javier  to get DD changed for water..  I think I had to go into San Pedro  to change details on that water company..  and I messaged Flexa online and was able to change Dd on Internet that way..  Good luck !

Hi thanks When I open Account with Wise  I'l try see if I can go Online to do it.I will have to pick up my Bill's from Apartment next time I'm over to get information from Bills.
