Looking to buy an apartment in Los Urrutias

Hello, I’m viewing property in Los Urruritas and would like a front line apt but my husband is worried that the beach will be very busy in the summer months. I am thinking that as Los Urrutias is quieter than other places but as we are viewing off season any advise would be appreciated. We prefer quieter areas. Also do any of the shops/restaurants speak English? Or will I always need my phrase book?! Just found this site and booked to fly out for a few days on 14th Oct. look forward to hearing from anybody!
