Help please Regarding water supply
Hola. Looking for advice please. We have owned a property in Spain for 6 years now. Unfortunately due to covid our financial situation meant we have not been able to pay bills, therefore hidrogea disconnected our supply. Now things are better we are trying to pay everything. My husband called them today and paid up to date yet they will not reconnect the supply unless we send proof of ID, NiE numbers, a photo of our apartment (we are in a block so not sure how they will know which one, plus we are in uk so how can we take one! ) deeds to the property. I’m fuming as they took our money to pay what we owe and have always paid prior to this, so they know who we are and which our property is!! Just wondering if there is a way around sending all this as it’s so unnecessary or alternatively is there another water supplier we can go to. We are at Mar de Cristal near La manga.
