Hi all, just moved into a rented appt in playa Honda . Buying a property in Truyol area near bowls club. We need a DBS check to apply for a visa . We have sold our uk home and dont have a  Uk post code to apply for same.  Any advice appreciated. Jim& Lynne.

With all due respect, you appear to be putting the cart before the horse? It could be risky to buy a property before you get a visa to live there!

Unless you have EU (inc. Irish) passports, you need to apply for your NLV in the UK and until then you can only stay in Spain for a maximum of 90 days.

You need an ACRO certificate, I'm not an expert, but I think you could use a friend's or relative's address for this, as the check is on you as a person, not location dependent.
