What are the new buildings on Mar Menor (2)?

Hello,

There's a lot of building work going on on Mar Menor (in a good way) ;) I'm curious what the large building next to the boulevard entrance is, and the other structure near the appartments, and the third one - a the long, two storey structure on Ceiba street. If anyone knows, please share.

The one on the roundabout by padel courts is the new Spa...the one near the hotel will close...rest are apartments or the one behind the large white villa is another one of the same design. If you do Facebook there is a new Mar Menor Owners Forum..lots of useful info...

Found the facebook page - looks very busy / helpful. Good to see everyone banding together.

Could you please post the link to Facebook's Mar Menor Owners Forum because I can't find it.
There are a lot of different Mar Menor sites and I don't know which one it is.
