Evening everyone 

Does anyone have any idea where I can get these from and/or who can organise them for me as they’re not available from previous owner (bank repo)
“Second occupation license (it is a document requested by the City Council so that supplies can be registered) Water and electricity bulletin (in order to have water and electricity) Fee to be paid to the City Council
Second Occupancy License + Water Bulletin+ Light Bulletin + tax”Many thanks for any assistance and advice

Go back to the solicitors you used to buy the property...you need a new occupation licence to get the services turned back on this is issued by the council for a fee...I am very surprised that you had been able to complete the purchase without the license in place ...it will cost around €500 for the utility companies to supply new meters...if you don't speak fluent Spanish then pay the solicitors to get then put back on...for a small fee.
