Covid Testing near Mar Menor golf resort

Hi we are visiting next week to look for a property and need to book a Covid test for 3 days before we fly home to confirm we do not have covid and are fit to fly. Can anyone help advise if there is anywhere nearer than Orihuela (Dam Testing) that can do the test and provide the necessary flight paperwork? Many thanks in advance
