Hi everyone and thank for allowing me to join this group. I’m new to this area, my name is Moira, but my friends call me Mo, I’m so looking forward to getting to know the area and finding out things like getting to the beach, or just a trip to nearest supermarket. As I don’t drive abroad, can anyone tell me if getting a taxi to the supermarket to do a big shop, is the only option I have. Thank you I look forward to getting to know everybody. Mo.

Whereabout are you living?There really is no reason not to drive here its much easier than the UK and a fraction of the traffic!! Come to some of the social groups and you will soon make friends and maybe share a shopping trip...but only alternative is to shop locally where you can walk to ( this is why the Spanish have shopping trolleys!) or as you say get a taxi ..
