looking for a property to rent, probably from april onwards will consider anything but ideally 2/ 3 bed looking to relocate in the region

If I find a property I like at the right price obviously, I would consider short/long term rental, but my plans are to stay in the region so if I can only get short term would consider buying if I can afford.
