Property wanted to rent: 3 bedroom 2 bathroom in or around the Mar Menor area

My husband and myself are a retired couple looking to rent a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment (with lift) or house (talking years not months) preferably unfurnished in or around the Mar Menor area.We currently live near Pinoso, (in our own house, which my daughter will be renting from us as she works locally.) We would like to be near the beach if possible and would like to move around the 1st september. Should the property be furnished, we would like a garage to store the owners furniture.
