Hello, I'm looking to sell my house in the UK and buy a property in Mazaron next year. Would there be any information regarding Brexit and it's effects on buying and living in Spain. Kind regards Eva

Brits choosing to move to Spain after 31/12/20 ...
- will not get Spanish NHS healthcare (funded from the UK)
- will need to demonstrate a higher level of income than currently. The exact figure does not seem to have been published, but (assuming Britain is now treated as a 3rd country, like Canada or Australia) people are talking about a minimum income of around 30k Euros per annum per couple
- will need to qualify for Residency ... will need to demonstrate income and private healthcare
- may need to take a new driving test (in Spanish)
Without Residency (now called the TIE), Brits cannot stay anywhere in the EU for more than 90 days in any 180.
