It was just a rumour as far as I know Isla Plana antigen test is accepted. I just found out its France and Belgium where it's not accepted.UK is still ok.

I've just returned to the UK (24/7/2021) and had my antigen covid test done in Isla Plana the day before I flew, the test cost €30 and I was tested and given my certificate in 5 minutes.

Excellent service but you do need to make an appointment. (968152281).

An antigen test is not a PCR test. When travelling to some countries [im in Ireland] we have to have a PCR test which costs a lot more then an antigen test. Best to check before travel which test is required.
