Looking for key holder recommendations

We have an apartment in Puerto de Mazzaron and are looking for a key holder who would be able to give access to tradesmen when we are not here and keep a check on it

I can’t remember as she offers various packages: collection from the airport, dealing with utility companies, even got me some bedding for when I arrive at no extra charge.
