Non submersible water pump

Hiya, can anyone recomend someone who repair a non submersible water pump. Pressure drops after 5 mins, press reset and works for another 5. Non return valve tested ok

Someone advertises on Allen’s supermarket noticeboard that they service and repair small tools, I am including a water pump in this category. I have also seen his business card left in various places. Perhaps someone visiting Sector A will get his telephone number for you or have his business card.
