Property wanted to rent: 2-3 bedroom house in/around Mazarron - La Azohia from 15 October 2020 - 15 March 2021

We have been renting a house in the campo all-year for 4 years, but now want to move to somewhere with amenities within walking distance the wintermonths from media October- media March. We will consider living anywhere in / around Mazarron - La Azohia but not in the city itself.We are looking for a house (preferably detached) with at least 2 bedrooms (pref. 3 or room for an office). If partly unfurnished this would not be a problem, as we do have our own furniture here. No need for a pool, but a bit of outside space would be appreciated.
We are very careful and proper tenants and never had any problem renting houses/apartments during the last 10 years in Spain. Our budget would be 500 Euros/month before costs
