Residency and self employment

Hi we are looking at moving to Spain in a couple of months time when we complete our sale in UK. We are looking to rent initially and setting up as self employed as domestic appliance repair company. Would you be able to advise on visa/self employment,residency application. And driving licence.How much money will we need to show in accounts etc. How much would you charge to deal with the above on our behalf? Ty look forward to hearing from you.
