Moving as a Family to Molina de Segura

Hello everyone. My wife and I have decided that we want to move the family to the Murcia City area. We aren't looking at the coast area but rather inland. From the properties that we've looked at online, Molina de Segura looks extremely nice and low key. Murcia city is the same but I am far more familiar with it. The kind of information I'm hoping to learn here is about the safety and security, mix of people in Molina de Segura (mostly Spaniards or some international), how are the schools, and what is the overall level of enjoyment from living in Molina de Segura?
