I know in the UK, we would rarely purchase a property without a survey, but what's the situation here in Murcia? It feels like it's just not done unless a property is a Renovation project.
The property we are interested in is a typical spanish home, not a new/recent build or renovation.
We've noticed the usual cracks in internal walls and just want some advice.

Hello we bought a property in Yecla and as you say we had a private one done, our estate agent Gary Morrisons Alicante dream homes arranged it for us, I would think any agent could sort it for you but Gary gave us 110% help in every thing we asked, hope it helps regards Lynda
