Property wanted to rent: Short term rental for 1 month or so

Hi all,

I am an IT contractor/freelancer based in sunny Manchester, UK. I'm looking to buy a flat in Spain in the near future but would like to rent first to get a feel of the area and look at properties etc.

So I am looking for a place to rent for around a month or so. I will be working remotely while there.

I have visited Spain many time but not the Murcia area.

Ideal requirements:

• Not too far from Murcia airport via taxi or public transport
  
• 1 or 2 bedrooms.
• Clean/modern decor
• Balcony or outside area.
• Reliable Internet connection

I am flexible with the dates as I don't have school age kids. Roughly, I would be looking to rent in the last week of October or early November 2024.

Initially it would be just me and my wife staying but my adult son and his wife might join us. I have suddenly become popular when I talk about buying in Spain!
