So I  got Andy at  Angar Taxation Service to do it for me. He charged €20 per person/ owner  (plus the non resident tax amount ). All done online fast and simple. And he then sent paper work as proof it had been done....

I personally wouldn't recommend giving your solicitor power of attorney unless you have to.
