Poular bank now Santander.

We have the same problem. We're going to Spain in 2 weeks time and are going into the bank to try and sort it.the santander in England is not linked to it so they can't help.the santander online is only in Spanish you cannot get it it English. When I was first transferred from the popular site to santander site it worked but now we can't get in at all.when I have spoken to the bank is will post here again

hi - I had the same problem, but managed to get it sorted last week!  There is an English speaking helpline which I used, the number is: (0034) 917 098 567.  I spoke to someone for approx. 10 mins last week and they were really helpful & got me back online OK, I totally recommend them.

Hello again I've just been to  Spain  and went into the bank.they have got me back on line but if you're  not going to Spain soon someone else has replied with a telephone number with English speaking  who might help you .

Does anybody know if the BIC code has changed.   I just made a payment to my account but it came back as account blocked (from HIFX)

Just wondering if the old BIC code for Popular bank POPUESMM  has been replaced with a Santander one?

Has anybody had to make any changes since Popular became Santander?
