Attack on little dog by vicious Alsatian

Very good friends dog got attacked on 29 December at The Market Tavern around 2.30/3pm by a very vicious unmuzzled and un leased Alsasian who was transported on a quad bike - I believe from Morata - him and her are pretty large to say the least (they seem to have a quad bike for him and the dog and one for the woman) we have seen and spoken to them previosly along the Paeseo - as they pulled up outside the Market Tavern the vicious dog jumped out and attacked the innocent dog - the owners were non plussed and totally non apologetic whatsovever - the injuries caused by their dog have been horrendous and so far the bill is just undr €300 - I would urge anyone who knows these people to come forward to admit their animals wrongs - if you don't then this vicious animal could cause so much more wrong - a child! Shame on you Carlos for not reporting them. We have also become aware that this couple with their bitch Alsatian was at the Taverna on the Country Club last Sunday where a lady with three minature dogs asked the owner of the Alsatian if it was dog friendly to which he replied oh yes of course she is so the owner put her little dog down and immediately the Alsatian went for attack - this dog and owners must be found and reported. If anyone can point me in their direction it would be very much appreciated - thank you - my friend (the owner of the Porchon attacked on 29 January) may well upload a photo of poor Seve's injuries just to show you how vicious this dog is.
