We use Bankia, They are good and helpful and can converse in Enhlish
We use Sabadell. If you have a pension they have an account called Experiencia which is free providing you pay in a pension payment monthly. This can be any amount providing it comes from a pension. Otherwise to get free banking they have another account where you have to pay in 750 a month. They have English speaking staff.
